Prepare a Los Angeles blimp site and arrival brief

Planning guide

Give the supplier an exact property address and a labelled display proposal. Keep public arrival directions, shipment receiving instructions and local visitor suggestions in separate parts of the brief so each can be reviewed on its own.

What to put in your brief

Replace LA with the actual property details

A general Los Angeles description can refer to different places and access arrangements. Give the street address, property name and intended display position. Identify the person who can answer property questions and label any proposed alternatives.

Plan delivery around the receiving entrance

State where a shipment would be accepted and who receives it. If visitors arrive through another entrance, show both on a labelled sketch. Ask the supplier to review product arrangements using the exact location rather than assuming an address explains the whole site.

Offer useful visitor information separately

For visitors extending a Los Angeles trip, Griffith Observatory offers exhibits and planetarium information through its official City of Los Angeles site. It is at 2800 East Observatory Road in Griffith Park. Direct visitors to the official page for current hours, access and ticket details before they plan a separate visit.

Frequently asked questions

Does a landmark suggestion identify a display site?

Review the actual display proposal with the property contact and supplier. The visitor suggestion is separate from that proposal.

Should a Los Angeles inquiry include the city and address?

Yes. Give the exact street address and property name so the supplier can identify the intended location.

What format is an advertising blimp?

Arizona Balloon Company describes it as a helium-filled display held by a tether. Confirm the exact model in your proposal.

Can Griffith Observatory be part of a visitor itinerary?

Use its official visitor page to check current access, exhibits and planetarium information before arranging a separate trip.

Who should confirm property arrangements?

Identify the property contact and ask the supplier which reviews or information are needed for the proposal.

Will the planner reserve a display?

It prepares a note for your review. Ask the supplier to confirm availability, scope and timing.
